Start by booking an appointment with your preferred stylist. We’ll email you a link to fill out your intake form, where you can share information with your stylist, such as body type, skin tone, appointment goals, and fashion inspiration. The more details you give, the better your stylist can prepare for you!

To get the most out of your appointment, check out our recommended fashion products & tools list. Most items can be easily purchased from your local drugstores. You can request specific recommendations from your stylist to shop in advance of your appointment in your intake form.

On the day of your appointment, simply click on the Zoom link provided in your email confirmation to join your video call.

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel before 24 hours, you will forfeit your payment.

In your intake form, share some general information about what you're looking to get out of the session and photos of yourself. Your stylist is experienced in making you look your best and can guide you based on your personality and features. StyldLife stylists are based worldwide and can offer clients service around the globe. You can book a video appointment at any time with proper wifi/internet connection.

StyldLife gift cards expire 365 days from the purchase date.

We suggest you search Pinterest or Instagram to find examples of the style(s) you have in mind. You’ll be able to attach any images to your appointment’s intake form. That way, the stylist knows how to help you.

The request must be made at least 5 business days in advance of your appointment date.

All appointments are subject to the availability of the individual stylist. Peak days of operation include Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We do recommend booking in advance. However, it is always wise to have backup choices for a stylist, date, and time.

Yes! Our stylists can style groups.

Please contact us and specify who will be participating when completing the details of your appointment. If you have several people or groups to style (weddings, bridal parties, corporate events, team activities, etc.) we encourage you to book multiple appointments.

Your stylist will reach out to you using the email you leave on your appointment. All communication will be through email, the Styldlife website, and your appointments. If you need to contact StyldLife customer service for any reason, please reach out to concierge@StyldLife.com.

While our stylists are trained to accomplish your goals within the allotted time frame, you might want to book more time. If necessary (and your stylist is available) you can extend your session at an additional cost.
